Today I drilled the snap bushing holes and installed the nutplates on F-705D. The next step was to Cleco the F-705A, D, and F bulkhead components together which I did. Since I'm going to install a tip-up canopy I had to cut a slot into the F-705G angle. I was able to mark it up by using the slot in the F-705D&F parts. I got both of them cut out and smoothed, they are designed to provide room for the canopy latch fingers when the canopy is closed.

Fuselage

Got busy on the project today. I disassembled and prepared the F-705A lower fuselage bulkhead for riveting. Once I got that done I had to fabricate the F-705G angles for the tip up canopy. And then I drilled the snap bushing holes to the full size.
My next steps was to fabricate the F-705J Angles, the F-705K plates, and the F-705L seat adjustment supports. Once I had all the parts made I was able to drill and rivet to the F-705F Channel.
